Processes - The Translation Back Office.

Depending on the customers' requirements, a translation process can include as many as 112 identifiable sub-processes and steps. While they may not all be necessary for every project, they must be defined, maintained and optimized so that our organization delivers a reliable, cost-effective solution for the required service level.
A few examples for critical main processes established and maintained on an ongoing basis:
Source text analysis (quality, format, variance)
Format processing (pre and post processing for computer aided translation)
Resource selection and training (terminology, subject areas)
Tool selection and training (customer-specific systems, localization tools)
Linguistic quality assurance
Pre-press and publishing chain (online, offline)
ICR (In-Country Review for sensitive product information, eg. medical)
Archiving and re-use
