Not only during an ongoing project, but also for subsequent projects, the localization team needs access to all information regarding content, terminology, explanations, abbreviations, corporate language, etc.
This is normally done via queries that are written by translators, reviewed by language leaders or project managers and passed on to the project owner who will then send the answers.
LinguaNet QueryStone™ makes this information accessible via browser to anyone involved in the project. A special login gives every team member access to all queries and answers, present and past, for all languages.
Information security.
QueryStone has been designed to allow temporary access to the database of past and present queries and answers as long as a project runs. When a project is finished, the data remain preserved and protected from access.
As soon as the next projects starts, temporary access is opened again so that all past knowledge can be used by the team members again.
